REGISTRATION FEES

Registration fees :

3 Registration fee options :

  • €   80 : without accommodation
  • € 250 : 4 nights, in a shared room for 2 people, in a hotel - breakfast included
  • € 350 : 4 nights, in a single room, in a hotel - breakfast included

The registration includes:

- Participation to the conferences, courses and visits to regional companies
- Lunches (Tuesday 15th, Wednesday 16th,Thursday 17th and Friday 18th)
- Coffee breaks
- Social events (Cocktail on Tuesday 15th and evening of Thursday 17th)
- Poster session for Phd candidates
- Job fair

The choice and conditions of accommodation (registration with or without accommodation, single or shared room) will be made at the time of payment.

All rates are VAT free.

Please note that as of 3 weeks before the event, costs have already been incurred with the various service providers. No refund of registration fees will be made.

 

SCHOLARSHIPS

The scientific committee and the organizing committee will be offering a limited number of scholarships to Master’s students to cover travel expenses up to a maximum of € 200.

1 – Submission of motivation letter
2 – Receipt of the acceptance mail and scholarship notification
3 – Registration on SciencesConf platform with payment before 23rd March 2025
4 – Sending your ticket receipts
5 – Reimbursement of your travel expenses fees (the week after the summer school).

Assignment of the grants will be announced between February 24th and March 2nd.
